The client ran production planning in spreadsheets, procurement in a separate system, and accounting in a legacy application. Stock data was never in sync and the monthly close took more than two weeks.
We mapped the full flow from production request to revenue recognition, then implemented the Odoo Manufacturing, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules with customizations for production costing and reporting aligned to the client accounting standard. Data migration was phased per site to keep operations running.
After go-live, the monthly close dropped to three working days and stock data accuracy reached above 99 percent.
